Seriously!!! This is so not on! I was put on hold for 3 frustrating hours. On my day-off, I thought I'd sort out my credit card bill. Dialled the number, put it on speaker, did some housework and 3 hours later - the call never got through! Thought of hanging up after an hour but I really wanna know how long it's gonna go on for. It may have gone on forever but we'll never know.
